Orlo is a trade name of Innovadea, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 42150287, VAT NL005536629B88. These terms cover this website and the waitlist. The terms for using the Orlo app and paying for a plan follow when the app opens.

You are welcome to read and share this website. Please do not:

• send the forms automatically, in bulk, or in someone else's name;
• try to get into parts of the website that are not meant for you, or disrupt it;
• copy the website's text, design or code to present as your own.

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. It is not an order and not a contract.

We make no promises about when Orlo opens, who gets a place first, or the prices. The plans and prices on this website show our current plan and can change until you sign up. The founding customer offer is limited to the first 20 paying teams, and its exact terms are confirmed in writing before you sign up.

We do our best to keep this website correct and available, but we cannot promise it always is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using it or by relying on what it says.

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. A change never applies to something that already happened.

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, the protection the law of your own country gives you still applies.
